Graduating with a degree in Real Estate, Robert dove headfirst into the industry. Since 2005, Robert has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry; from being a solo agent, to forming a team, to growing a division of a company, to launching a new team, the 7 Streams Commercial Group, and finally in 2020 creating and launching LearnCommercial.com, the most affordable commercial real estate education available. “I love helping people…I use commercial real estate to help people’s dreams become a reality.” He overcomes the challenge of growing in an ever-changing environment by educating, adapting and moving forward. Robert refuses to believe that there always has to be a “box” and his motto is “do the right thing, destroy the box and change the world.” Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Robert is a dedicated father to his two little boys, he loves to travel and play golf as often as possible.

Originally from Paris France and fresh out of a communications and event management degree, Erika moved to Los Angeles where she studied business best practises. With her educational background and a history of organizing live shows in the music industry, Erika knows how to help achieving projects and is eager to apply her knowledge to the commercial real estate industry.
